Todd Basile is a technology attorney with more than 15 years of combined experience in the tech and legal industries. He helps technology companies protect and commercialize their innovations and brands across a wide range of industries including autonomous vehicles, robotics, software, and medtech.

Todd's clients lean on him for his holistic strategies geared towards deterring infringers, attracting funding, driving growth, and complementing business goals. He takes pride in crafting the right blend of patent and contractual protections for each individual company, leveraging unique insights gained from over a decade of building patent portfolios for companies of all shapes and sizes, negotiating partnerships between tech companies, and closing dozens of M&A deals. Prior to becoming an attorney, Todd was an engineer at Bell Helicopter where he designed cutting-edge aerospace technologies and software. Todd also helped develop electromechanical control systems for military drones at Smiths Aerospace and clerked at St. Jude Medical's Neuromodulation Division during law school.
