Kristi Conlon brings a business focused and practical lens to immersive learning technologies with her 25+ years in corporate learning and development. In her 20 years at Intel Corporation, she led and supported enterprise leadership development, supply chain, manufacturing and sales training. She then led the global training and development function at ASM, which included equipment safety, manufacturing and service certifications. As the former Head of Global Learning and Development at DPR Construction, she led the vision for learning capabilities in support of job role competencies which included EHS, technical, craft, employee, and leadership development. In her various roles, she has been responsible for VR pilots and global deployments, and was directly accountable for impact and ROI metrics. She holds a BS in Vocational and Industrial Education and a Master of Science in Occupational and Adult Education, both from Oklahoma State University. She is consulting in Learning Strategist and Fractional CLO roles for companies that have specific business transformation goals.
