Tyler O’Connor is a Partner in the Energy and Government Affairs Practices at Crowell & Moring, where he represents energy and technology companies in regulatory proceedings and before federal agencies on a wide range of energy security and other matters. Prior to joining Crowell, Tyler served as the Energy Counsel to the House Energy & Commerce Committee, in which role he helped draft parts of the Inflation Reduction Act and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and worked on energy security, reliability and related issues.
