Abby Esterly serves as an immersive technology SME and producer in the training and safety industry. Currently serving as the Immersive Learning Manager with the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers association, she supports members in producing industry training and safety content for national manufacturing and energy workforces.

Experienced in digital media and visual narrative production, Abby has contributed to multiple innovative projects and teams in education, entertainment, and energy to deliver impactful content and training tools. Leveraging her skills in animation, emerging technology, and teaching, she is enthusiastic about crafting high caliber immersive and visual communication tools to effectively provide critical content to audiences and workforces.

After graduating from NC State University with her B.A. in History, she studied classical and computer animation at the Irish School of Animation in Dublin, Ireland. Continuously learning and innovating, Abby is active in the emerging technology and entertainment space and is always seeking opportunities to interconnect art and emerging technology to drive business growth, craft powerful content, and cultivate working relationships across industries.
