I am an educator and former program site director with extensive experience in afterschool programs, secondary and higher education instruction. With a strong commitment to student success, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to lead and direct programs, manage staff, and create engaging learning experiences.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to providing students with opportunities and experiences that expand their knowledge, enhance their skills, and broaden their perspectives. I firmly believe that learning is enriched through the acquisition of knowledge, experience, and diverse viewpoints. By partnering with stakeholders including businesses, community members, and student impact individuals, I have been able to introduce students to activities such as hands-on science, music and fine arts, 21st Century media, and technology, and hands-on science fostering a holistic and experiential approach to education.

My journey in education has spanned over twelve years, during which I have excelled in roles such as Afterschool Program Dual Site Director, Adjunct Professor, STEM Instructor, and Social Studies educator. In these capacities, I have developed curriculum, implemented innovative teaching methods, and contributed to the growth and development of students.

Currently, as a DYAD Coordinator, I am part of a dynamic team focused on preparing students for the Year 2030 world and workforce. Our goal is to cultivate competencies in informational literacy, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, creativity, and collaboration. Through strategic partnerships and hands-on activities, we aim to provide students with unique experiences that enrich their learning journey and equip them for future success.

I am honored to be a part of the 5th Annual Industrial Immersive Week and look forward to sharing insights and strategies that have the potential to transform students' lives by providing them with invaluable learning experiences that go beyond traditional boundaries.
