Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
The cancellation deadline is Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Cancellations must be made in writing via email by Wednesday, June 1, 2022, to receive a full refund. Registrants who do not cancel prior to Wednesday, June 1, 2022 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Substitutions for confirmed registrants may be made any time prior to June 20, 2022. Substitutions must be requested in writing via email and include the reference # or confirmation of the person being substituted, along with the new registrant's contact information.

Requests for substitutions, cancellations, and refunds may only be requested in writing via email to Tovar Emrich-Mosbey at tovar@stonefortgroup.com.

Terms & Conditions:
By attending the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, mobile applications, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by Stone Fort Group, LLC and its affiliates and representatives. You release Stone Fort Group, LLC, its officers, vendors and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By attending the event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web-casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web-casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Stone Fort Group, LLC or the person or entity designated to do so by Stone Fort Group, LLC.
